This film examines lesbian and gay participation in sport: the excitement, the sense of achievement and the pressures of being "out" in the sporting world.  Using interviews and sports action, the programme discusses the problems lesbians and gays face, highlighting the need for them to get together and support each other and to work towards breaking down prejudice in the sporting world.
